Broadway Sixth Form offers all of its students the opportunity to engage with a range of activities beyond the classroom. Some activities aim to support academic progress, others aim to develop their wider experiences and development.

All students have timetabled Private Study sessions. These sessions are supervised by a member of staff and are an opportunity for students to complete independent study in focussed and quiet environment.

Yr12 students access a varied Enrichment programme that takes place on Thursday afternoons. Students can mentor younger students across the school, volunteer at local Primary schools, organise charity events, take part in sporting activities, complete the Extended Project Qualification or the COPE award. During this time we also arrange visits to local Universities and welcome guests from the word of industry and business.

Students are always welcome to suggest new ideas and plan events. In the past, students have organised various parties, trips and fundraising events (including raising significant donations to the Aston & Nechells Food Bank, the schools chosen charity).
